Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. We CANNOT update shipping addresses once an order is placed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
